The Boot, Shoe and Wader Repair Kit with Black Glue is a specialised repair solution for footwear, including boots, shoes, and waders, where a discreet black finish is preferred. The kit includes a 5g tube of black Stormsure® Flexible Repair Adhesive, two TUFF Tape® round patches, and a small piece of sandpaper to help you repair tears, holes, splits, and leaks effectively.

Kit Contents:

1. 5g tube of black Stormsure Flexible Repair Adhesive: A high-strength, waterproof adhesive that cures to a flexible, durable bond, ideal for repairs on darker materials.
2. 2 × TUFF Tape round patches: Self-adhesive patches for temporary repairs on waders or for backing holes when making a liquid patch repair with the adhesive (not a replacement for adhesive use).
3. Small piece of sandpaper: Helps roughen glossy or smooth surfaces to improve adhesion and increase repair strength.

How to Use:

1. Clean and dry the repair area thoroughly.
2. Lightly abrade the surface with the sandpaper where appropriate, then remove dust.
3. For splits, cracks, and permanent sealing: apply Stormsure Flexible Repair Adhesive directly, extending beyond the tear or split for a strong seal.
4. For holes: you can use a TUFF Tape patch behind the hole as a temporary backing to prevent adhesive dripping through while it cures.
5. Allow the adhesive to cure for 24–48 hours depending on conditions before heavy use or full water exposure.

Note: The TUFF Tape patches are not designed to replace Stormsure Flexible Repair Adhesive and do not need to be used together. They are included to help block holes when making a liquid patch repair with the adhesive, or for temporary repairs to waders. For permanent repairs and for sealing splits, tears, or cracks, use the adhesive directly.
