Drysuit Repair Kit

Drysuit Repair Kit is a complete, professional-grade solution designed specifically for repairing drysuits. It allows you to carry out strong, flexible, and waterproof repairs to common drysuit tears and punctures, including punctures, pinhole leaks, seam wear, and neoprene tears, without the need for costly professional servicing.

This kit contains two specialist adhesives, each designed for a different type of repair. Stormsure Flexible Repair Adhesive is used for sealing holes, punctures, and fabric tears where a flexible, waterproof coating is required. Neoprene Queen Contact Adhesive is used for structural bonding of neoprene and rubber components, such as split seams or torn neoprene panels.

Stormsure Flexible Repair Adhesive is ideal for sealing small leaks and punctures in drysuit fabric. It is applied directly to the repair area, where it cures into a tough, flexible, waterproof seal. Typical cure time is 24–48 hours, depending on temperature and humidity. For holes, a TUFF Tape patch can be placed on the inside of the suit while the adhesive cures, then removed once fully set.

Neoprene Queen Contact Adhesive is a fast-curing contact adhesive designed specifically for neoprene. It is applied to both edges of a tear or split seam, allowed to become tacky, then pressed together to form an immediate bond. The repair is touch dry within approximately 20 minutes and reaches full strength after 24–48 hours.

To support larger or high-stress repairs, the kit also includes TUFF Tape self-adhesive patches. These can be used on their own for quick temporary repairs or in combination with Stormsure Flexible Repair Adhesive to reinforce affected areas.
