Drysuit Repair Kit

The Drysuit Repair Kit is a complete, professional-grade solution designed specifically for repairing drysuits. It allows you to carry out strong, flexible, and waterproof repairs to common drysuit tears and punctures, including punctures, pinhole leaks, seam wear, and neoprene tears, without the need for costly professional servicing.

This kit contains Stormsure Flexible Repair Adhesive in both clear and black formulas, which are ideal for sealing small leaks, fabric tears, and punctures in drysuit fabric. The adhesive is applied directly to the repair area, where it cures into a tough, flexible, waterproof seal that moves naturally with your gear. Typical cure time is 24–48 hours, depending on temperature and humidity.

To support larger or high-stress repairs, the kit also includes TUFF Tape self-adhesive patches. These can be used on their own for quick, instant temporary repairs or in combination with Stormsure Flexible Repair Adhesive to reinforce affected areas. For holes, a TUFF Tape patch can be placed on the inside of the suit while the adhesive cures, providing an airtight backing during the curing process.
