P.U. Glue Polyurethane Adhesive (5ml)

P.U. Glue is a clear, liquid polyurethane (PU) adhesive developed to provide strong and reliable bonding across a wide range of materials.

It is a one-part polyurethane adhesive that reacts with moisture to polymerise and cure, creating a very strong, waterproof bond suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

The adhesive cures transparently, so it will not discolour the materials being joined. It is designed for repairs and construction applications where very high bond strength is required.

During curing, the glue expands slightly, allowing it to fill gaps, cracks, and surface irregularities. Once cured, it is resistant to humidity (D4 classification), shock, vibration, and temperature variation.

P.U. Glue can be used to bond wood, concrete, stone, metals, laminate, plastic, glass, polyurethane, and polystyrene, either to themselves or in combination. Typical uses include joinery, model making, door sills, stairs, skirting boards, window sills, and general construction and repair work.

Complete curing time is approximately 36 hours. Once cured, the adhesive remains stable at temperatures from -30°C to +80°C.

For best results, at least one bonding surface should be porous or permeable. Smooth or non-porous surfaces should be lightly sanded or roughened prior to application.

how to use:
Ensure bonding surfaces are as clean and dry as possible and free from dust, grease, or contaminants. Apply the adhesive to one surface only and assemble immediately. Press firmly and immobilise for 24–48 hours. Allow to fully cure before placing under load.
