P.U. Glue Polyurethane Adhesive 5-Pack (5ml)

P.U. Glue is a clear, liquid polyurethane (PU) adhesive developed to deliver strong, reliable bonding across a wide range of materials. It is a single-part adhesive that reacts with moisture to polymerise and cure, producing a very strong, waterproof bond.

The adhesive cures transparently, ensuring it does not discolour joined materials. It is suitable for repairs and construction tasks where high bond strength is required and can be used both indoors and outdoors.

During curing, the adhesive expands slightly, allowing it to fill gaps, cracks, and surface irregularities. Once cured, it provides excellent resistance to humidity (D4 classification), shock, vibration, abrasion, and temperature variation.

P.U. Glue can be used to bond wood, concrete, stone, metals, laminate, plastic, glass, polyurethane, and polystyrene, either to themselves or in combination. Typical applications include joinery, model making, door sills, stairs, skirting boards, window sills, and general construction and repair work.

Complete curing time is approximately 36 hours. Once cured, the adhesive is resistant to temperatures from -30°C to +80°C.

For best results, at least one bonding surface should be porous or permeable. Smooth or non-porous surfaces should be lightly sanded or roughened prior to application to improve adhesion.

how to use:
Ensure bonding surfaces are as clean and dry as possible and free from dust, grease, or contaminants. Apply the adhesive to one surface only and assemble immediately. Press the components firmly together and immobilise for 24–48 hours. Allow to fully cure before placing under load.
