Stormoprene Part B Hypalon Activator (10ml)

Stormoprene™ Part B Hypalon Activator is a 10ml additive designed to be mixed with Stormoprene Part A adhesive at a 25:1 ratio. It is specifically developed for Hypalon and other low surface energy materials, where standard adhesives alone cannot achieve a reliable bond.

By chemically activating the adhesive system, Part B significantly improves bond strength and enables durable, long-lasting repairs on demanding substrates.

Instructions for Use

1. Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and lightly abraded where required. Shake Part B well before use.
2. Mixing: Add Part B to Part A adhesive at a ratio of 25:1. Mix thoroughly to activate the bonding chemistry.
3. Application: Apply the mixed adhesive to both surfaces and allow to dry for 5 to 10 minutes until tacky.
4. Bonding: Press the surfaces together firmly. Full bond strength is achieved after 24 hours.
